Using market requirements generated by Hillside Appraisal, NewCurve has developed a cloud-based service for populating appraisal forms, which will be released and marketed under the Triopoint brand. The Triopoint Form Filling Service is a web-based Data Import Tool that offers appraisers an accurate and efficient method to import subject property, comparable and Public Records data into their existing form generation software. Triopoint offers advanced data normalization tools and comparative algorithms to identify conflicts between data sources. In addition, a comprehensive set of templates and settings allows appraisers to apply regional expertise to populate all automatable form fields, while maintaining industry standards for accuracy and data privacy. More information can be found at www.triopoint.com.
